not much to report from the conference call.

Acquisition of stepmaster said to be slightly accretive
this year. Revs expected in th 45 million dollar range.
They'll discontinue a couple of underperforming products.
Most of the benifits will come next year when the
acquisition is fully integrated and brought up to
level. As usual, DFXI plans to use the name recognition of
stepmaster. I wouldn't be surprise they'd introduce a
new step master product and start selling it through their
direct division. FInally, one of the most important points
in my opinion is that 35% of stepmaster sales were in
Europe (Mostly England and Germany). It was clear that
DFXI plans to use this existing infrastructure and sales
force to try to penetrate the European market with all
their products. As for more specific guidance, expect this
to appear in a few weeks in formal SEC filings. Finally,
no word on how the current quarter is shaping up. But if
US retail sales numbers continue to be good, DFXI should
have no problem.

Trilobyte out.
