Hi Rob,

They will let 802.11a into Europe at 40mW power, no DFS, no TPC, no 802.11h.

UWB from DC to 7GHz is some sub-swath. I drew a chart of frequency vs money, suggest you do too.

They will let UWB into Europe, just watch the President's escorts on his next trip ;-)
