SEA and GPXM announce JV on MR, SEA will provide 500,000
for start up cost.
SEA will recover their 500,000 from future Gold production.
This is in keeping with new ideal of using Gold, like some of the majors are doing.
SEA will apply for a BB listing, not a bad speculation.
Possible JV in Future to develop Borealis to it's full potential.
GPXM can't sell Borealis, to close to Silver Peak,
want to buy some property there.
