I think the 12 Mil is already spent OSC If you look at the 10Q from Feb 7th you will see that the Liabilities has been reduced by about 12 Mil. Also notice the stockholders deficiency is down 12 Mil. I think that they have already allocated the 12 Mil to pay off some Debt. That is still Good for the company but it is not like they have an Extra 12 Mil around. At least that is the way that it looks to me. Good Luck OSC! :^)
