Don: What you just witnessed is that history repeats itself: Price/volume moved first, which FOLLOWED by an alibi (SEC filing) that justified the price move. As I said before, we are already in a "break even or win" situation. What I did was the skimming of the foam from a cup of red-hot cappuccino. Easy call!

BTW, I do NOT have prior knowledge of the SEC filing (or it will be illegal, isn't it?). I did it because the tea leaves told me loud and clear that I should commit. Johnny Cockroach, our resident tea-taster in the MonksterNet, once said, "If it fits, you must commit!"

Have a great one and watch out for invading aliens from outer space.

Regards,
Mad Monk
