Not that I want to dwell on hypothetical takeover aspects here, but This company pasted below in the medical industry received a bid today. It goes to show that money for acquisition is being spend right now in this medical industry. Not that I would expect this kind of premium as this company, due to its different area of product. It does IMO put across the point how undervalued NBSC is, and that bigger companies are looking at smaller ones. The 3 year Fisher deal IMO-does put a safeguard in for it as a white knight, should someone else be looking in this area. If nothing happens Shareholders will benefit just as much from renewed earnings and sales growth.
