One thing about DELL is I find it could give QCOM a run for 'Anti-Stock of the Year'. I have often seen it strong on big down days and vice versa. The DOW is now at 61.8% retracement of the Jan 8 dump. This is it for me, its a bull wave (in the context of the Sept rally) or we turn here.
