Per Reuters, "The wireless technology company did not say who they were replacing and the reasons for the reshuffle. Company executives were not immediately available for comment."

That's a total crock of s#^t. Q's PR release, on which Reuters' article was based, clearly indicates that Keitel succeeds Thornley as CFO, and outlines the reasons for Thornley's promotion.
