Its just so hard to break it to the ignorant "middle-of-the-roaders", but this type of crime is-duh-COMPLICATED!!

Ken Lay should do time, IMO. But that doesn't mean it's all black and white, or even the least bit simple.

Those idiot Senators made such fools of themselves that there may actually emerge some public sympathy for Lay -which he doesn't deserve. That, in turn, might affect jury selection, and result in his skating like Clinton.

I see the other 93 Congressional committees have read the writing on the wall from two days ago-and are beginning to cancel their "bash Ken Lay" dog and pony shows. That's good, it could only have gotten worse...
