The Company reported an operating loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2001 of $5,155,000 compared to an operating loss of $2,669,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2000. The Company recorded a net loss of $7,642,000, $(0.78) per share (basic and diluted) versus a net loss of $5,737,000, $(0.59) per share (basic and diluted) for the nine months ended September 30, 2001 and 2000, respectively.
