Dennis: Looks like they built out. Some had doubts. DPR Depends if you call Protection Builds with a couple of Base Stations per market tuned all the way out in order to cover the 30% minimum coverage requirements based on 1990 Census models! Good Luck launching anything usable on those systems. That about 180 Base Stations for 60 markets! LOL!! Leap has almost that many in Pittsburgh alone...LOL!! That's OK.. You have fallen for their story line so far. No matter how far from the truth it really was. Kool-Aid stand is around the corner.. Drink UP. PCSTEL
