Not all assistance to Pakistan is automatically bad for India. For example, US is promising assistance in the General's Jihad to reform the education system in Pakistan. This is a good thing for India. The only thing that India could have interpreted as "good" is if Pakistan had been labeled a "terrorist state" and Musharraf had been rebuked and ignored. Last time I checked, nothing of that sort had happened... If only your PM was awake during his visit... well, one can always dream! At least he can! <g>
