I spoke to Darby late yesterday afternoon, and she said there was nothing new.She has not heard anything. She is busy working on events for after approval.I did ask her one question, and it is my ignorance of the workings of the FDA that precipated it,but I asked what were the chances of them finding a show stopper at this stage of their review, and she thought it a very, very long shot.I asked if one of the reviewers could find a problem, which could delay it for some longer period of time, and she was confident that any question,of which there have been none since their response, could be turned around very quickly. When you have spoken to a person for a long period of time, you read certain things into their responses, and this is MY opinion. This lady is highly confident, and is preparing our company for very big things in the future.I have told her my opinion, that once approval comes,it will be forgotten very quickly, and then all questions will be distribution, manufacturing, pricing, margins, shipments, and whar are you going to earn next quarter, etc, etc, etc. She was very excited about manufacturing, and things look really good there.Once approval comes, and I know that is the #1 thing right now,but what then?A lot of people that I respect tell me that the stock goes up for awhile, and then sits and sees what deals on distribution and marketing are forthcoming.A lot of other people have said, and I have been there also, that we all have seen neat companies with exciting new technologies come and go,because they could not market it properly,or as I call it the window of opportunity passes, and someone steps on their head.I got a REAL STRONG opinion that this is not going to happen here.As you all know this is a very important product, and a very large market, and with the visibilty of large recurring sales and earnings, from distribution, licensing, leasing, direct sales, from both the medical and cosmetic areas, this is an asset that is going to have a very large value. Wall Street sometimes is not an effecient mechanism, but as this story unfolds I believe that the people that really do their homework will unlock whatever the values are.
