Jim, I shorted WFT today, and added to TDW short. Could not find shares of CAM or SII. Also very tight supply on NE, TDW, and WFT.
I do not wish to rain on the longs, but Crude and OSX was clearly in a DOWN TREND last week, and friday confirmed it. But there was a reversal at 2pm, on short covering in crude.
We know what happened monday w/ the asbestos news and then the WAR factor w/ bush.
I see we hit resistance today in both OSX and Crude. I just cannot believe Bush would kill our economy now w/ a spike of $30.bbl crude.
Yes, I am looking to enter these stocks long, but not w/ current fundamentals, which I am very surprised how bad the builds are.
I advise all that think I am a maga bear to just compare 98-99 inventory numbers to today. We really TANKED in spring of 98...and we are in a WORSE INVENTORY situation w/ Nat. gas then it was then.
Again, BHI today reiterated that cycle has not started yet, and I think it may not begin until late fall of this year at the earliest!!
