I heard on the radio that the Not So Supreme Court will find it unconstitutional. Many of the Republican politicians don't want to go against it's popularity with the public. THey can all vote for it if Scalia and his " Pentagon of evil axis of judges" will end up killing the bill. The judges are appointed for life so they won't face re-election like the politicians.
