It does to me. For the last 9 days that I have been tracking, the difference between the average price among the cheapest top 5 grades P4/478 and AXP was as follows:

$97.50
$95.67
$93.83
$93.17
$92.67
$91.00
$89.83
$89.83
$89.50

I don't recall seeing P4 prices dropping faster than Athlon's before.
