Isn't this information dated? We really don't know, at this point in time, how many shares are shorted do we? I remember seeing a report for December indicating that QCOM was #2 or #3 in the NDX 100 in short sales at around 23 million and change.

With respect to Institutional selling, with over 800 million shares having crossed the tape since Dec. 6th.,is it not reasonable to assume that any Institution who wanted out is gone?

All of the anecdotal evidence I have read since becoming a stockholder in 1998 Strongly indicates that CDMA is the future interface of the wireless industry for the foreseeable future. The only remaining question I have is if, "The Powers That Be", have the strength to drive the price down to a level that allows them to acquire QCOM & it's IPR.. I hope not !
