Naked puts? That's pretty high-risk, isn't it? I don't yet know enough about options to recommend that sort of thing. But I have read that sellers tend to make out bettern than buyers.

The BRCD straddle did nothing on the open...i.e. nothing but a smal loss. But I didn't follow it after that.

I am finding stock options to be a bit frustrating. I think Kenny A. may be onto something with his OTM index trades. I bought an OEX Mar600 call a few days ago which I sold today for an easy 15% (didn't call it here so I didn't list it on the results tally). The spread was decent, and it was very non-volatile. Otherwise, I think as long as you are confident in the market direction, buying ITM strikes on options 1 month out is probably the way to go...

Still experimenting...
