JT, if you go back and look at that PDF chart I linked to from Ned Davis Research, do you find it interesting that back in the Dec/Jan timeframe the ratio of the funds did not fully bottom out? It didn't even break 7 before heading back up to where it is now. The other area of the chart where this happened was back in the 2nd half of 99 when it refused to bottom out I guess because of the extreme skepticism of the shorts refusing to believe the Naz could go any higher. When they finally gave up at the end of 99 we all know what happened next.

Too bad we don't have data like this going back farther.
