Thanks...actually I do think I'll do fine eventually. But what a chore this is when it could have been easy. My house will be up for sale soon: hope it sells for enough to build the Park City house with cash. Of course we never own anything: everything is in forced partnership with govt (just try not paying property taxes.) I have to pay taxes on the property even though I have no house on it yet!!!!
