Albert,

Let me intervene for a moment. You probably know that "insider sales" are not a good indicator of the future of a company. In fact, it has been proffered that "insider buys" are bullish (Well, I wouldn't say this either...)

Anyways, what would disturb me the most is the executives routinely sell their entire position on the market. For example, if Barrett filed a 144 indicating that he would be dumping his entire position in Intel; that would worry me greatly about Intel's future. There executives (either past or present) are not liquidating their entire position nor are they liquidating a substantial portion of their position.

When one compares and contrasts to AMD, their CEO often liquidates most of his holdings. Now, as I previously stated, insider sales do not raise a red flag with myself. However, insider sales in which the "insider" will hold little, or not, stock in the company I choose to invest in would raise substantial red flags.
