You would think so wouldn't you?

However, he does have a record. Here are some things I have posted in the past.

Does purjury count?
"May's lawyers allege that Bush did not tell the truth when he filed an affidavit earlier this month saying that he has "had no conversations with SCI officials, agents, or representatives" about the state's investigation into the funeral home giant. Since that time, Bush's statement has been contradicted several times."
Note: one of the ones that contradicted Dubya's statement was SCI's own lawyer...

I dunno if you remember this from the debates, but he took credit for a bi-partisan effort to pass a bill on the Child Health Insurance Program in Texas. The problem is, the bi-partisan support was against him.
