Lots of bulls bagged this week. Got to watch that NDX 1400 see if it holds or if NDX can bounce above that and start making higher lows it could be constructive. Bearish to neutral here. The weakness today is significant, IMO, because it is pulling options expiration lower than max pains on the indices where it was already below. The bears are in control.
