California is looking to finance some power plants so they will be assured of meeting their power needs. This is per words from the Calif. Power Authority Board that OK'd the plan.. I would think this would be good for the power producers as CPN and MIR both have plants planned there. I'm probably wrong because today's prices don't reflect that> LOL! I just sold out my MIR and CPN positions in my trading account. Will look for more strength to re-enter. Just a thought. Joe
