KT, why would you think the auditors would sign off on such financial statements ? Are you suffering from Eronitis? - VBG . BTW there have been a fair number of companies who have nailed for aggressive/misleading accounting but they were all lower profile. Anyone who believes that ENE is an isolated incident may become a victim of TL & EV. The quality of earnings of many companies is very poor- I don't necessarily expect anything as bad as ENE but many companies are not doing as well as some dupes are led to believe. IMO
