The Senate still has to take up the Shays-Meehan Bill. When it goes to the Senate it
becomes the McCain-Feingold-Shays-Meehan bill, from what I understand.

I haven't heard any news this morning, but I don't believe it would have passed so
quickly as some Republicans are unhappy with it and want the time to look it over.

Next week, the Senate is in recess so I wouldn't have expected the bill to come b4
the Senate until after the recess.

As I mentioned above, I haven't looked at this morning news.
