I had a beef one time with an option fill at AMTD and they ate it rather than lose me when I explained the consequences of their foolishness. Course, I had to go up the ladder to a decision maker. The customer services folks rarely seem to be more than parrots of the company line, but the squeeky wheel can be greased for a heavy hitter.
