Who do you use now? I use E-trade and even though a lot of people hate them, E-trade have treated me really well. The Power Trade Pro software is great, level 11, real time watch lists, and live portfolio updating. You can even rout your order to a specific market maker if you want. Haven't quite figured out why you would want to, but E-trade seems to be real proud of the feature. I also get this "platnum" phone number and have never waited more then a couple of minutes before I get a live voice. Very rarely have trade disputes, but when I do I win 90% of them. However, I use limit orders almost all of the time.
