In my mind, the Acqua financing is almost to the point that it will have very inconsequential impact on daily trading. In fact they've been absent for about a week. Today its only Dundee and TK, net sells 19K. With an NR with JnJ, that'll seal the money side of the equation. JnJ watch in progress. I suspect if Rebecca wanted more money on the Acqua agreement, Dundee and TK would take the whole shot, it'll be easier than spending days shaking the tree, elbowing for measely number of shares. IMHO 5.75 high +250K shares I agree Joe, looking for a Tuesday gap up. That's 3 non-trading days closer to JnJ and Approvable Letter! F.D.A.eh
