policies and criteria, said senior vice-president Susan Crocker.

"We've got to find a better mechanism for input" for clients of the TSE, such as the
investors who buy all funds that cover all the stocks in an index to exactly match the
index's performance, Crocker said.

Including a stock in an index is "a very disciplined process," she said. It's essentially a
mathematical calculation. The index committee then decides if the calculation was done
correctly. "The rules are
not subjective."."

Susan-Thanks for the "disciplined"..."not subjective" blessing to this fraud. I think her
"math" was a bit off!
