FBR is a disgrace and basically is advertising falsely when they claim to be in the ipo business.

You have a better chance standing outside the underwriters office, with a sign round your neck "I'll Work For IPO Shares", than getting an alloc from FBR on anything decent.

Too bad E*trade got stiffed, SSB knew this was gold and gave them to their pals only.
