The failure of POG to hold above $300 today despite a weak stock market was disappointing. I expect stocks to decline considerably further, so gold still has a good chance to prove itself next week. But if gold cannot break through $300 decisively on further significant stock market weakness, it will time for the bulls to pull in their horns for awhile IMHO.
