I have been following this thread off and on for quite some time and have seen very little on the strategy of writing leaps against lower priced stock. Today I wrote jnpr 04/10 covered calls with a net acquisition price on the stock of 5.5. That is a 35% annualized yield if stock remains unchanged or higher. Are there any others on thread who take a long term(non trading) view of covered call writing?If so I would be interested in their ideas.
