For example, the decision to go with a Java based web access instead of BREW. Well...they may end up regretting this in the end. However, they committed to Java before BREW was announced. During the analyst meeting in November '00 they talked extensively about future Java applications. BREW wasnt announced until Jan. '01. And they haven't handled the 3G rollout very well IMHO, though the delays may be due simply to lack of cash to implement sooner. They did delay their initial roll-out of 1x....but I believe that the nationwide roll-out always had a mid '02 target date. Slacker
