Hi John,

I'm ruminating about your words: It becoming apparent that we may end up seeming way too many shareholder lawsuits that, in the end, hinder corporate America's ability to function.

I can think of two ways to reply:

1) It is becoming apparent that we may end up seeing way more shareholder lawsuits, hindering corporate America's ability to get away with chicaneries and deceptions that eventually fleece the investing public and destroy the public's faith in the integrity in the system.

2) If by functioning you mean the ability of American corporations to destroy $500 Billion in capital in the internet buildout debacle since the Telecom Act of 1996, then stopping the functioning might in fact be a positive development.
