MSFT's a great buy! It could fall as much as 10% which would bring it into it's historical 28-32 p/e range, however NSCP is at 700 p/e trailing earnings and about 250 p/e going forward (assuming 0.20).

I would think shorting MSFT at it's current level (110+) would be a little dangerous and not likely to be very profitable anyway. Shorting NSCP would be a pretty safe bet comparartivly speaking, however I think NSCP has a real future and would consider it dangerous as well. Now if something fundamental were to change with NSCP's story, it could drop like a rock to about 15-20 which would still be a pretty rich valuation of 38-50 p/e going forward assuming 0.40 next year.
