Interesting closing prediction on the McLaughlin Group tonight by Tony Blankley, who represents the right on the PBS squawk show. Blankley speculated (as I also did a couple days ago on this thread) that the list of "players" with direct ties to Enron's side businesses will prove most interesting. Most interesting. When McLaughlin pressed for details, Blankley said he's not prepared to name names at this point. Hmmm. Will this list contain the names of people prominent in the Bush administration? Some who were even prominent in the Clinton administration? Were these ancillary businesses funneling money to, say, the Republican National Committee? Inquiring minds want to know. Stay tuned.
