I think that all the talk coming out of the administration -- "axis of evil", etc. -- is part of preparing public opinion.

Completely agree but they will have to do a much better job than so far. They've been stepping all over themselves.

I frankly don't think the Bushies are very good at whipping up public opinion. I think, either, they will decide to do something besides an invasion, talk the big talk (the opposite of TR) but diddle around with Iraq resistance groups, whatever.
