"The money goes to US supported dictators who along with their families steal it and send the bills to the populace at compounding never payable rates" Maybee in the 80's but we have improved that behavior(I said we werent perfect). The growth and development of Democracy in many 3rd world countries like Mexico are exaples of USA success.

"Oh, really--- do you call sending military equipment to put down the peasants or starving , living in tar paper shacks, pissed off people, Aid? Where some military machine based in the US collects the tax dollar profits?"

In the last Several years the USA has used millitary force in IRAQ,Bosina,Somalia,and afghanastan. Iraq was in defence of an ally, good bad or indiferent. Bosnia and Somalia were Humanitarian and in the idea to prevent Genocide, something Europeans wouldnt want to bother with. These incidents had to have millitary responses, the uS tries its best to eliminate civilian casuality's. They are more Humane in this regard then any nation in History.

If we had this discusion in the Contra Niceraguan, Marko etc years youd have an argument. However the USA has cleaned up its act. nt perfect but getting better.
