This is how I believe we'll see many of these future actions carried out. Subversion of the current oppressive regime, promises of rebuilding their economies, and reintroducing these countries into the community of nations.

Hawk, how many times have we tried subverting these regimes, encouraged uprisings, etc., only to pull the rug out at the last minute? No one will believe we're serious unless we're committed publicly with both words and troops.
