There was an article in the St.Louis Post Dispatch on July 4 written by Andrew Leckey, a syndicated business columnist. It was a general article regarding the stock market being highly valued (not over valued) and had several comments from investment strategists. He said not all stocks in this market cost too much. Anyway, Leckey went on to say that Mark Arbeter, chief technical analyst with Standard & Poor's Corp. had this to say. "Small-cap emerging tech stocks Scan Graphics, Inc., Base Ten Systems, Inc. and Keane, Inc are good bets." Since I just bought SCNG a few weeks ago and all it has done is drop, this has given me a little hope. I am in for the long run.
