Using the Tick and TRIN

Zeev: How do you use the Tick and TRIN for the NASDAQ to suggest that a temporary bottom has been reached or that a good buying opportunity is at hand? Are you using one reading, a series of readings, etc., and what levels have you found useful or most predictive? Thanks in advance.
