If you are talking about who crushed the Germans yes, The Soviets did 75% of the work. I suggest to peruse those links I posted a bit more.

The number of German losses is there for review. The Soviets win hands down.

My respects to any German viewers looking in. From all that pain, you have an admirer of your country here.

OK, the USA whacked Japan almost single handed. The linear thinking models don't take into account those bad guys were winning on an exponential level until some brave USA guys stopped them in their tracks.

The USA "won" the war in Japan, because the Japanese are now good friends of the USA. That is what I call style -g-

They are close now to winning the war in Vietnam too.

Something the USA can be proud of.
