The principle of national sovereignty is much more important than the price of goods. The principle that law must be enacted by elected representatives is at the very core of our system of self-governance. This is the only way that people can grant their consent to be governed or hold the lawmakers accountable by removing them from office.

Congress exceeded its authority and abrogated its responsibility when it agreed to conform American law to meet the requirements of the WTO. We must hold those congressmen accountable, or we, by our silence, are submitting to the principle of global socialist governance.

We cannot have national sovereignty and global governance at the same time. Therefore, America must reject global governance. Our international presence must remain a voluntary option for us and our global neighbors, and we must never fall victim to an international socialist regime – no matter how well it may be disguised.
