edit:use 2059 on closing basis,
since 3LB charts use closing prices.

Interesting thing about your numbers is a coming high above
Point #10=2059. And a low here about 1720, above Sep 21, 2001 lows.
A break out above 2059 after 1720 low would result in both
a HIGHER HIGH and a HIGHER LOW, thus breaking the whole
Mar 2000 down movement.

Or another way of saying the same thing would be that a new
bull market started on Sep 21, 2001. And was confirmed by a
break out above 2059 on the "three Line Break" Nasdaq chart.

Time will tell !
