Larry, quite correct, and I stated at the time (late September 2001) that that was the low of that phase in the "macro bear market" or the secular bear market. I still think that the Dow will have to go under the September lows (thus I have a low of the year under 7500). They are not going to make our "life" easy on that one, we may have to wait until October of this year to see if the September 21st lows hold (I think they will on the Naz), and that is a very long time to determine if a trend has finally changed, what do we do in the meanwhile? (g). If we had the December retest that I was (wrongly) projecting we would have, we would have been in better shape (vbg).
