Market could fall 30% easily from here. Though P/C ratios,Rydex and other indicator's are calling for imminent rally the FA and lack of buyers and severe selling last few weeks looks close to breeaking point. The fact is most all tech co's have used massivly agresive acounting, If the markets start acepting that fact certain stocks can go much lower. It is no surprise to me that IBM is skirting legality in its reporting. The CSCO's and FNM's of the world are also playing games. A credit crunch is also starting to metemorphisize, JPM is in Big trouble. We could also talk about the several nations in SA in trouble, Japans iminent implosion and a host of other issues that people seem to be ignoring. The only thing positive is that things are so bad maybee its all priced in and we rally. The bamboo is bending we either need to snap back or things are going to break. We are on the verge of an ABYSS IMHO that is very troubling, and could bring an era of trully freightfull economic times. Hope I am wrong though.
