Interesting question posed by gstar_rising on the yahoo gstrf board:

Does anybody find it "interesting" that G filed BK one week
before ALA agreement expires? I do. In essence, LOR waited
until the last possible moment before ALA agreement expires
to file G BK... but at the same time, filed the BK to tidy up the
G mess before the ALA agreement expires. I don't know if this
means anything, but to me it increases the chance that LOR
may soon be up for sale, in all or in part, which in turn
suggests that another deep pocket may be at the table when G
bridge funding occurs. Which in turn, begs the question - why
not cut the current equity holders into the deal?
