Just wanted to draw attention to your excellent new gold thread which, being moderated, might avoid some of the distractions of the "Gold Price Monitor" thread.

I have spent several hours today trying to bring myself up to speed on gold and reassure myself that there is good reason to take a new look at it--and to hold onto what I have (mainly NEM LEAP calls, plus in silver PAAS and CDE), resisting the temptation to take profits prematurely.

I may be wrong, and may have succumbed to what I call "studying myself into stupidity," but gold may be a good place to be for a while. Not forever, but just maybe now.
