Here's some additional AMAT order info for last quarter: New orders for 0.15 micron and below were sequentially flat DRAM represented 10% of orders, sequentially down from 27% 11 orders were greater than $10 million 2 (of the 11 orders) were greater than $100 million (1 order was greater than $100 million in the previous quarter) The large orders came from TSMC in Taiwan and SMIC in China AdvocateDevil
